Re: Temperature reading off - calibration possible?
OK, I've just uploaded a modified version of the firmware to fix this - you can download it from here: http://www.ultrasmartcharger.com/TemperatureFix.zip To use this version, you need to unzip the above file, start a command prompt and run the doflash batch file, passing the COM port to it - e.g. d...

Peter and Martin,
Can you provide the serial numbers from all of your chargers please? It sounds like you have each received a pair of chargers that weren't made at the same time...

Re: Temperature reading off - calibration possible?
Sorry I didn't get a chance to work on this yet again. I did talk to Paul via email and he thinks that it's possible that some different temperature sensors might have slipped in on some chargers - I've asked him to check the self test logs to try to work out the range of serial numbers affected so ...

Re: higher charge/discharge current via external
OK, I'll try and do that as well later today.
You should be able to control the current through the manager - it might require modified firmware though - let me get back to you about that.

Re: saving full data
I've just checked and the version that you can download should be correct.
Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing perhaps?

Re: higher charge/discharge current via external
Yes, just below each of the 2 ohm resistors at the top of the board is the connection for the external load - keep in mind that the external load will run in parallel to the 2 ohm resistor. External power which bypasses the poly fuse can supplied through the connection points either side of the USB ...

Re: saving full data
You should be able to save the data by clicking on the Export button in the top right corner of the program - keep in mind that this will only export the data that is currently being shown on the screen. If you want everything from multiple charge/discharge cycles, it would be best to insert and SD ...

Re: Temperature reading off - calibration possible?
OK, no worries.
I'm fairly busy at the moment, so I probably won't get a chance to work on the firmware for a few days anyway.
