How do I run this on Windows 10. When I try, it complains it cannot find a COM port.

It should work fine on Windows 10.

Can you see the charger in Device Manager? It should appear as a USB serial port under Ports (COM & LPT)

Thumbs up for Mark that the UltraSmartCharger Manager starts without any issues at first run in Wine v.1.2.2 on Mac OS X 10.9.5.

I've just uploaded a minor update - this removes an error message if a charger is disconnected whilst the software is running. There is also a minor change so that channels that have completed either charging or discharging are not selected by default when you click the start button.
